Careers
Build critical logistics with us.
We are assembling a team of operators, technologists, and field professionals who want to make essential supply chains work. Based in Accra, growing across Africa.
Open Roles
Operations, technology, and field.
These are the roles we hire for as the network scales. Full requirements and application instructions are shared when a position opens — write to us any time to register interest.
Operations Manager
Own day-to-day network performance: dispatch planning, service-level tracking, fleet and rider scheduling, and coordination between facilities, blood banks and the field team. Escalation point for delayed or at-risk deliveries.
Logistics Coordinator
Plan and sequence daily routes, assign riders, monitor dispatches in real time, and keep facilities updated on pickup and handover timing. Maintain accurate delivery and custody records for every consignment.
Cold-Chain Technician
Prepare, inspect and maintain temperature-controlled boxes and monitoring equipment. Run pre-dispatch temperature checks, log excursions, service cold storage, and uphold chain-of-custody and packing protocols.
Software Engineer
Build and maintain the internal tools behind dispatch, live tracking, temperature monitoring and operational reporting. Work directly with the operations team to turn field workflows into reliable software.
Operations Analyst
Turn delivery, routing and temperature data into decisions: response-time analysis, capacity planning, route efficiency and service-reliability reporting for the operations and leadership teams.
Field Operations Lead
Lead the rider team on the ground — readiness checks, safety compliance, route briefings, and handover quality at receiving facilities. Train new riders and resolve issues in the field as they arise.
Medical Courier / Rider
Carry temperature-sensitive medical cargo on assigned routes under strict safety, cold-chain and custody protocols. Complete pre-trip checks, follow defined handover steps, and record every pickup and delivery.

Rider Recruitment
Safety-first riders. Mission-critical deliveries.
Our riders are the last mile of The Bloodline. We invest in your training, equipment, and route support so you can carry temperature-sensitive medical cargo with confidence and professionalism.
- Safety gear and road-safety training provided
- Insulated cold-chain boxes and handling protocols
- Clear routes, real-time support, and fair compensation
- Meaningful work supporting hospitals and patients
